What this website does and does not collect, in plain language.
This page covers the website only. Privacy of your clinical record is governed by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which your therapist provides and reviews with you when you become a client.
What this site collects
- Nothing, unless you send it. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no social media pixels and no cookies set by this site.
- Contact form. If you use the form, we receive the name, email, phone number, category and message you type. It is sent to the practice by email so we can respond.
- Server logs. Our web host records standard request logs, including IP address, page requested and timestamp, which are used for security and troubleshooting.
Please keep messages general
Email and web forms are not secure or confidential channels. Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medication details or other private health information through this website. Tell us who the appointment is for and how to reach you, and we will take the rest by phone.
How we use what you send
Only to reply to you and to schedule care. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Links to other sites
This site links to a small number of outside resources, such as Google Maps, our social media profiles and public health information. Once you follow one of those links, that organization’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
